Chianti
Chianti DOCG
Terroir
The vineyards are located between 200 and 250 meters above sea level, with a south-west exposure that ensures abundant sunlight and promotes balanced grape ripening. The soils, of marine origin, are rich in limestone and clay, providing excellent water retention and contributing elegance, structure, and minerality to the wines. The vines are trained using the Vertical Shoot Positioned (VSP) trellis system, a cultivation method that allows optimal canopy management and enhances grape quality.

Wine Making
Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled fermentation temperature of 28 °C, with fermentation and maceration lasting approximately 7 days in order to achieve a balanced extraction of color, aromas, and tannins. The wine undergoes minimal oak ageing, a deliberate winemaking choice aimed at preserving the purity of the fruit and enhancing its fresh varietal character.
