Wine Making
White vinification following gentle pressing and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Ageing: Matured on fine lees in stainless steel for 6 months, followed by 3 months of bottle ageing. On the nose, notes of yellow-fleshed fruit.
