Wine Making
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with extended skin maceration at controlled temperature. Ageing: 9 months in stainless steel tanks and 9 months in 25-hectoliter oak barrels, followed by 3 months of bottle ageing. On the nose, hints of wild berries.
