Wine Making
Winemaking: destemming and brief maceration on the skins, static settling, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Ageing: matured on fine lees in stainless steel for 6 months and in bottle for 3 months. On the nose, notes of wild strawberries.
